Ficitious Business Name Statement and Legal Notices Published.

Step 1 - You must file your Ficitious Business Name Statement with the County Clerk of the County in which you are doing business. We do not file your statement for you, we simply publish it, which is required, along with the filing, for it to be valid. You need to begin publishing your fictitious business name statement within 30 days of filing. We will publish for you in 24 - 48 hours if you agree to put a check or money order in the mail to us the same day you complete our on-line form. We will need to receive the check within 14 days or we will not publish your name statement the 4 times as required by law. We trust you and we want your business! Check back on this web site under the appropriate state and county web page publication about 2 weeks after mailing us your check, and print a copy of your published fictitious business name statement for your records. We will mail an affidavit of publication to the county clerk to show proof of publication.

NOTICE: This ficitious business name statement expires 5 years from the date it will be filed in the office of the County Clerk. A new ficitious business name statement must be filed and published prior to that date. We will notify you 2 months in advance of this date, and again 2 weeks before this date, so you may make arrangements to renew it. The filing of this statement does not of itself authorize the use in this state of a ficitious business name in violation of the rights of another under federal, state or common law.

For other legal notices, such as Notice of Default, Notice of Tax Sale, Notice of Name Change, Notice to Appear, Notice of Service by Publication, and other legal notices which require publication, please mail the text of your notice along with the court order, if any, together with your payment.

We will publish your statement within 24 hours; however, if we do not receive your check or money order within 14 days we will stop publishing your statment.
